Every NBN connection in South Australia hands off to a retail provider at one of nine points of interconnect: eight across greater Adelaide and one at Port Augusta. Ours are handled here in Adelaide, on an Australian backbone.

The speed you can get is set by the NBN technology at your address, not by us: copper (FTTN / FTTC) tops out at NBN 100, while HFC and fibre (FTTP) go all the way to NBN 1000.
